Theatre Show “The Art of Africa”


As part of the general program of the event “Arte da África”, held at Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil in Rio de Janeiro, the theatre show took place between October 15 and November 2, 2003. The Show made a decisive contribution to the event’s success in bringing to the audience of Rio de Janeiro something of the multiple dimensions and vast range African culture has played in the formation and constant renewal of Brazilian culture.
