2nd ASPA Cinema Festival – South America and Arab Countries

The 2nd ASPA Film Festival – South America and Arab Countries presents 9 films from different origins focused on the same central theme: Arab culture. The festival will take place at the Cine Odeon Petrobras - in Rio de Janeiro - from May 20 to 24. This free event was part of the cultural agenda of the 2nd Meeting of Ministers of Culture of ASPA (South America and Arab Countries) and was organized by the Ministry of Culture - through the Audiovisual Agency and the Directorate of International Relations. The opening night of the festival was hosted by the Brazilian Minister of Culture, Mr. Juca Ferreira, with the presence of ministers of culture from all participating countries.
